Under our service management system, the Key Performance Factors (KPIs) like : TAT (Turn-Around-Time), Response Time and First Time Fix rate etc. were closely monitored to maintain service quality.

For carry-in repair and in-depth diagnostic, the workshop with a total area over 3000 sq feet can provide repair space, senior technician and more equipment to perform troubleshooting, spare parts replacement, and final burn-in test to ensure repair quality.

Our service center located in Mongkok, North Point and Macau provide carry-in reception service for various brands, distributors and equipment manufacturers. We are currently the Authorized Service Center for 3M, Apple and Epson.
