Wah Fung Computer Services Limited was founded in 1989. In the current economic environment, there is no other company offering such a broad level one-stop service to clients. Our experience in computer spare parts and as a depot repair business is second to none.And we always strive to provide our services at the highest level and at the lower prices possible.

In 1999, Mastercare Hong Kong Limited was been founded to provide depot repair services for computer monitors. The company is jointly owned by Wah Fung Computer Services Ltd and a Singapore based company - Chungco Technology Pte. Co.Combined, the companies have over 20 years experience in monitor repair services.

Over the years, Wah Fung has grown to provide an even richer level of service to our clients. .Business alliances and joint ventures have ensured these technologies are acquired and remain within the group as core skills rather than being outsourced.

We have a team devoted to Sales and Sales Support.The team maintain regular contact with our valuable customers to ensure they are provided with adequate support and to monitor their ongoing, as well as future service requirements.They also conduct preliminary consulting on any specific requirementyou may have.

Helpdesk Handling Staff

Our service to you does not stop once you've purchased from us.We provide after sales support through our Helpdesk service.Should you have any complication, or want to ask a question, you can dial our hotline and be attended to by one of our friendly helpdesk staff. Our helpdesk staffs are trained to provide immediate assistance and will escalate the priority depending on the severity of the matter and will follow the issue with you until it has been fully rectified and you are satisfied with the outcome.

Field Technicians/Consultants

When we receive a call that an on-site visit is required, we can dispatch a skilled Field Technician or Consultant within a short period of time to attend to your problem.Our Field Technicians usually attend to immediate repairs whilst our Field Consultants provide consultation on various matters.Our Field Technicians/Consultants provide daily on-site services throughout Hong Kong and Guangzhou.All are qualified from either TechnicalColleges or Polytechnics and are highly experienced in a wide range of technologies.From diagnostics to complex repairs, to complete system redesign, our Field Technicians/Consultants are ready to tackle any problem.

Base Technicians

Back at our headquarters we have Base Technician devoted to service and repairs, which cannot be immediately resolved by our Field Technicians.Often, these are hardware related issues.Due to their skills and efficiency and on onsite parts base, the repair times can be shortened to a minimum.Our Field Engineers and/or Consultants will immediately follow up once the hardware has been repaired and ready to be reinstalled back out your site.

Inventory Officers

Our huge database of over 5,000 hardware parts is carefully managed to ensure we have the highest availability for parts.Our Inventory Officers continually liase with our hardware suppliers to ensure the latest revisions and parts are available.

We carry a huge inventory of genuine parts from all over the world.This ensures that our repair service is fast and efficient – even quicker than contacting the manufacturer themselves in many cases.
